Math apps for entertainment and education
The following apps contain puzzles and games, with math. These apps are for everyone who loves puzzles and has a few spare minutes, and for children who are learning math: wiith these apps, math training is combined with fun and competition. Have fun!
NrGrudge
NrGrudge (iPhone) is a 2 player board game. When its is your turn, you move one of the digits into an empty field of the board. When all fields are filled, the game is over.
At the end of the game, for each row the values in the fields are added and the result is compared to the "task" for that row. Based on this, you earn points for the row. The same is done for the columns. A players score is the sum of the earned points for all rows and columns. The player with the highest score wins.

MultiBingo
MultiBingo (iPhone, iPad) combines the classic game of Bingo (mark announced numbers on your card and get Bingo) with Math: you must mark a number on the card with a combination of two digits.
Math & Match
Math & Match (iPad) combines memory skills (remembering where matching cards are located) with Math: two cards match when one card contains a calculation (like 6x7) and the other card contains the corresponding answer (42).

Calcgame (iPhone, iPad) is a puzzle with numbers. And it is a great tool for children to have fun (and competition) with math!
You get 4 different digits. With one or more of these digits and possibly one or more of the other calculator buttons you must make the value "1". When you succeed, you go to the next level and must create the value "2", and so on. The goal of the game is to reach the highest possible level with the given digits. NrQueste
